Aha Emmi secures long-term loan to finance operations

The company Aha Emmi, which has been undergoing compulsory settlement proceedings initiated by DUTB, d.d. since April, was granted a new liquidity loan in the amount of €1.5 million. The liquidity loan was granted with the court’s consent by Delavska hranilnica, and the company will use the funds to settle obligations related to the company’s principal activity. The loan indicates that the company’s recent activities, including the compulsory settlement proceedings, have helped Aha Emmi regain the trust of the actors in the business sphere. Meanwhile, DUTB d.d. is continuing activities involved in the compulsory settlement proceedings, all with the goal of keeping Aha Emmi in business. While the majority of the activities planned as part of the compulsory settlement proceedings are focusing on financial debt, ordinary business payables (i.e. amounts owed to suppliers) will be paid in full.
