Registration no: 5479126000 (hereinafter: the Company).

Subject of the sale

The Seller is selling all its claims, together with pertaining sums and ancillary rights, against the Company. As at 31 August 2022, these amounted, with pertaining sums, to EUR 2,267,910.93 (hereinafter: Claim or Claims). In the event that a sales agreement is concluded, the amount of the Claims shall be increased by all appertaining amounts from 31 August 2022 (cut-off date), and reduced by any payments received in that period to which the Seller is entitled. Through the purchase of the Claims, the Buyer will enter into the full contractual relationship with the obligor and third parties relating to the Claims and the associated collateral.

The deadline for the submission of binding bids shall be 3 October 2022 by 2 pm (bidding deadline).

Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d., Davčna ulica 1, Ljubljana, registration number: 6339620000 (hereinafter: the Seller) hereby publishes on its own behalf and for its own account, a public tender for the collection of binding bids for the purchase of the Seller’s claims against the companies in Kosovo (hereinafter: the “Companies”).

The Seller is selling all of its claims against the Companies, together with appertaining amounts and ancillary rights, which totalled EUR 14,133,463.43 as at 8 March 2022 (hereinafter: the “Claim” or the “Claims”). In the event that an agreement is concluded, the amount of the Claims shall be increased by all interest and fees accruing from 8 March 2022 to the date of payment. With the purchase of the Claims, the Buyer shall enter into a full contractual relationship with the Obligor and third parties relating to the Claims and the associated collateral.

Claims are being sold together as a complete unit.

The deadline for the submission of binding offers is 2 pm on 13 April 2022. A bid shall be deemed to have been received on time if it arrives at the Seller’s address by 2 pm on the above-stated date.

The Seller shall accept binding offers from bidders that pay a security deposit to the Seller’s account by no later than 13 April 2022 in the amount of EUR 50,000.00.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

INVITATION TO SUBMIT BINDING BIDS TO PURCHASE THE TECNAM P2006T AIRCRAFT – DUTB ID 2200

In this Invitation to submit binding offers to purchase the Tecnam P2006T aircraft – DUTB ID 2200 (hereinafter referred to as: “the invitation”) , the Tecnam P92JS aircraft with registration mark S5-DTW constitutes the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: “the subject of the contract”) that is owned by Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d., company registration number: 6339620000 (hereinafter also referred to as: “the seller”).

The indicative net sales price of the subject of the contract is stipulated in the amount of EUR 194,000.00 + associated tax.

Bidders shall send their binding bids by registered mail in a closed envelope addressed to: Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d., Davčna ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The following text shall be added under the addressee: “NE ODPIRAJ – PONUDBA ZA NAKUP LETALA TECNAM P2006T”. There must be a stamp or signature of the person authorised to submit the binding bid on the envelope, covering the flap on the reverse side, in order to prove that the sealed envelope has not been opened.

Within the bidding deadline i.e. by the time the bid is submitted (the slip providing evidence that the bid bond has been paid with the date of payment being indicated is an obligatory annex to the bid), the bidder shall be obliged to pay to the seller’s bank account no. SI56 0292 4026 0336 063, opened at NLB d.d., indicating the reference no. “00 2021 2200” and the purpose of payment ”BID BOND FOR THE PURCHASE OF TECNAM P2006T AIRCRAFT”, the bid bond in the amount of EUR 20.000,00 (in this invitation also referred to as: “the bid bond”) which is a prerequisite for the validity of the bid and the participation of the bidder within this bidding and sales procedure.

If the bidder, either in their capacity as a natural person or a legal entity, is selected in this bidding procedure, and they subsequently register a new legal entity in the Republic of Slovenia, which they are the majority owner of, the purchase price may be paid from the bank account of this newly registered legal entity, for which the winning bidder will have to submit the corresponding documentation before entering into the contract of sale.

Potential bidders may obtain any additional information in relation to the subject of the contract following a preliminary arrangement with the seller’s representative Blaž Ribič either by calling at +386 30 602 724 or by sending an email to: blaz.ribic@dutb.eu, on weekdays between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. up to and including 24 November 2021.
